1. Purpose of the Tender
As part of the development of public infrastructure dedicated to Area A of the Pointe-Noire Special Economic Zone (ZES), construction works are planned for the access road to the Pointe-Noire Special Economic Zone (ZES-PNR), connecting RN4 (formerly RN5) to the Phase 1 ZES site.
An Open Invitation to Tender is therefore launched for the execution of these works.
