Please note the following payment terms and conditions:
- 10% Advance mobilization payment
- 100% Advance payment recovery on the second payment certificate
- Duration of Work: 20 days from the date of the Contract agreement
- Valuation of work: remeasurable with tender Bill of Quantities, payment certificate will be issued based on progress of work done
- Retention: 5% of Contract Price to be held until Three (3) months after Practical Completion
- Quality Assurance & Quality Control: Provide methodology of construction with test plans and material test certificates for tout venant
- HSE: Maintain and strictly adhere to PICP EHS requirements.
