OBJECTIVE

We look forward to your participation in ‘RFP for the Construction of Culvert for Warehouse Approach Road’ as per specifications mentioned in Bill of Quantities, Drawing and Quality Assurance Plan for PIC SEZ Pointe Noire, Republic of Congo.

SCOPE OF WORK

The scope includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Construction of culverts for warehouse approach roads, in full compliance with the Bill of Quantities, QAP and drawing.
  2. Excavation of trenches for culvert foundations.
  3. Supply, placement, and curing of all concrete works as per approved designs.
  4. Backfilling and compaction of foundations in accordance with technical specifications.
  5. Drain cleaning.

The selected Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools, labour, supervision, and any other resources necessary for the execution and completion of the works. Any works not specifically mentioned but required for successful completion of work shall be done by the contractor without any additional cost.

Bidders are required to submit a formal acknowledgment of compliance with the attached Project Quality Assurance, confirming that their offer is in accordance with the requirements outlined therein. The selected Contractor shall provide all necessary test certificates for construction materials.

The selected Contractor is required to develop and implement a documented system that complies with the attached Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) and Environmental and Social Responsibility (ESR) requirements. These documents define the mandatory standards and expectations the Contractor must adhere to, throughout the execution of the project.

  2. Proposed schedule or indicative project timeline.
  3. Equipment and resource availability.
  4. Acknowledgment of the attached PICP Terms and Conditions, which form a mandatory requirement for the proposed scope.
  5. Confirmation of compliance with the attached Quality Assurance Plan.
