PICP is inviting ‘RFP for the Construction, Installation and Commissioning of Borewell’ in line with technical specifications mentioned in Bill of Quantities at PIC SEZ of Pointe Noire, Republic of the Congo.
Scope of work
The Scope of Work shall include the construction, installation, and commissioning of required size borewell, but is not limited to site preparation activities, arranging required manchinery, manpower, all materials including pipes, motors, etc for commissioning of Borewell at the PIC SEZ, Pointe Noire, Republic of Congo. The Contractor shall ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the Bill of Quantities and Technical Specifications. The Scope of Work shall include all materials, tools, all plants and equipment, lab our and supervision and other facilities necessary for the execution of the works.

Any work not specifically mentioned but required for successful completion of Scope of Work shall be done by contractor without any additional cost. Contractor shall comply with all the statutory and local requirements and shall ensure that it has all required licenses and clearances to execute the Works.
The Contractor is responsible for developing and implementing a documented system that adheres to the attached EHS and ESR requirements. These documents establish the mandatory standards and expectations for EHS and ESR practices that the Contractor must comply with at the project site.
