PICP is inviting ‘RFP for the Civil Construction and Installation of Weighbridge’ as per Detailed Technical Specifications Mentioned in Drawings and Bill of Quantities at PIC SEZ of Pointe Noire, Republic of the Congo.
Scope of work
The Scope of Work shall include the civil construction and installation of weighbridge but is not limited to site preparation activities including grading, weighbridge foundation construction, concrete and steel works for weighbridge platform including anchor bolts or other embedment required for the weighbridge structure, installation of weighbridge equipment, construction of approach roads with concrete pavement and drainage system, construction of operators cabin, construction of toilet with septic tank and water tank, electrical wiring and cabling for weighbridge operations at the PIC SEZ, Pointe Noire, Republic of Congo. The Contractor shall ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the Bill of Quantities, Drawings & Technical Specifications. The Scope of Work shall include all materials, tools, all plants and equipment, labour and supervision and other facilities necessary for the execution of the works.

Any work not specifically mentioned but required for successful completion of Scope of Work shall be done by contractor without any additional cost. Contractor shall comply with all the statutory and local requirements and shall ensure that it has all required licenses and clearances to execute the Works.
The Contractor is responsible for developing and implementing a documented system that adheres to the attached EHS and ESR requirements. These documents establish the mandatory standards and expectations for EHS and ESR practices that the Contractor must comply with at the project site.
