PICP is inviting ‘RFP for the Construction of Phase-2 Site Administrative Office’ of PIC SEZ, Pointe Noire, Republic of Congo as per Specifications Mentioned in Bill of Quantities and Drawings.
Scope of work
The Scope of Work is for the construction of Phase 2 of the Site Administrative Office at the PIC SEZ, Pointe Noire, Republic of Congo, the works shall include supply and construction of 40ft and 20ft container with exterior and interior finishing, supply, fabrication and construction of metal staircase, supply and construction of metal floor with guardrail, painting of the entire metal structure, complete construction of 6m x 6m office with masonry wall, construction of borewell.

Any work not specifically mentioned but required for successful completion of Scope of Work shall be done by contractor without any additional cost. The Contractor shall ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the Bill of Quantities, Technical Specifications and Drawings.
The Scope of Work shall include all materials, tools, plant and equipment, HSE facilities includes, but is not limited to PPEs etc, labour and supervision and other facilities necessary for the execution of the works. Contractor shall comply with all the statutory and local requirements and shall ensure that it has all required licenses and clearances to execute the Works.
