PICP is inviting ‘RFP for the construction of dormitory accommodation’ as per the specification mentioned in BOQ along with external area development, including, kitchen and dining area at PICP, Pointe Noire, Republic of the Congo.
Scope of Work
Construction of dormitory rooms / buildings with external area development, including access road, parking, kitchen and dining area at PICP, Pointe Noire, Republic of Congo. Entire scope of work for contractor include design, architecture, structural approval on item rate contract and execution after approval from employer, alongwith handover of project site after completion. This should be strictly in accordance with the finalized design and technical specifications. The scope of work inter-alia shall include all materials, labour, plant & machinery, tools, tackles, apparatus, construction & supervision of works, including works that may be required during DLP for successful completion of scope of work.

Any work not specifically mentioned but required for successful completion of scope of work shall be done by the contractor without any additional cost. Contractor shall comply with all the statutory and local requirements and shall ensure that it has all required licenses and clearances (including but not limited to environmental) to execute the works.
The contractor is responsible for developing and implementing a documented system that adheres to the attached EHS and ESR requirements. These documents establish the mandatory standards and requirements for EHS and ESR practices that the contractor must comply with at the project site.
