PICP is inviting ‘RFP for the Construction of Workshop’ as per specifications mentioned in Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Drawings, along with Approach Road and Drainage System, including Wash Bay with Oil and Grease Trap at PICP, Pointe Noire, Republic of the Congo.
Scope of work
The scope of work is for the construction of workshop with steel frame structure (stanchion), masonry works, wash bay with oil and grease trap, approach road and drainage system, all Civil works, fabrication and Installation works, construction of toilet with septic tank, internal and external electrical works at the PIC SEZ, Pointe Noire, Republic of Congo. The Contractor shall ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the Bill of Quantities, Drawings and Technical Specifications. The scope of work shall include all materials, tools, plant and equipment, labour and supervision and other facilities necessary for the execution of the works.

Any work not specifically mentioned but required for successful completion of scope of work shall be done by contractor without any additional cost. Contractor shall comply with all the statutory and local requirements and shall ensure that it has all required licenses and clearances to execute the Works.
The Contractor is responsible for developing and implementing a documented system that adheres to the attached EHS and ESR requirements. These documents establish the mandatory standards and expectations for EHS and ESR practices that the Contractor must comply with at the project site.
