PICP is inviting “RFP – Supply, Installation Testing & Commissioning of Electrical Equipment’s and other aligned works in Modification at MGK#2 for PICP, ROC as per Specifications Mentioned in Bill of Quantities for PIC SEZ Pointe Noire, Republic of Congo.”
Scope of Work
The Scope of Work Include Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Electrical Equipment’s/ items and its other aligned works for modification of existing Sub-Station at MGK#2 as per specifications mentioned in bill of quantities and drawings for PIC SEZ Pointe Noire, Republic of Congo. The works shall include, but not limited to site preparation activities, setting out of the works as per approved drawings as per the approved specifications and materials required for completing testing & commissioning of project.
The Contractor shall ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the Bill of Quantities and Drawings. The Scope of Work shall include all materials, tools, all plants and equipment, labour and supervision and other facilities necessary for the execution of the works. Any works not specifically mentioned but required for successful completion of work shall be done by the contractor without any additional cost.
The Contractor is responsible for developing and implementing a documented system that adheres to the attached EHS and ESR requirements. These documents establish the mandatory standards and expectations for EHS and ESR practices that the Contractor must comply with at the project site.
